Agh! Feeling SO much better today after being in bed sick for a few days. And after being cooped up in my house for the past 9 days, I took some time this morning to go for a nice long walk in the sunshine.
My goodness, friends, what a bizarre situation we’re all in. Some people definitely in far more challenging situations than others. And for some, the real challenges haven’t even hit them yet!
There’s been SO much speculation about the origination of this virus. I think it’s interesting to read all the theories, but tbh I’m not overly concerned rn as to where it came from.
When the planes flew into the two towers, was everyone in New York screaming, “IT’S AN INSIDE JOB, IT’S AN INSIDE JOB!” ?
No. They weren’t. They were focused on helping those who were dying and suffering from the incident.
I’m certainly not saying that it’s wrong to speculate the origin of the virus at this point; I think that’s healthy. However, not at the cost of spending valuable time to help educate and empower people to look at the data of the behaviour of the virus and why it’s so important to act NOW: a challenging undertaking to instil immediacy in people without simultaneously instilling fear. :)
Then again, maybe the mathematical projections and reality we’ve all been seeing online is inaccurate to some degree and we’re all placating into something that really didn’t need to be taken seriously as its made out to be by the mass media!
I personally don't think that's the case; from everything I've seen so far, I think this situation is relatively extremely serious and I don't think people should be undermining it at all.
However you look at it, it’s been my intention to do my best to learn the reality of the situation while keeping my vibe high and to help others do the same.
Remember, there is one thing that will NEVER change, and that is no matter how you look at it, we’re all in this big ol’ bitch together!
May this experience, whatever it means to you, cause you to observe how you assign meaning to things such as your personal health, your relationships with your friends, family, humanity, the impermanence of life and all experiences altogether.
Like everything in life, this too will pass, and you will be stronger and more aware how to maneuver yourself and your mental/emotional wellbeing in response to every challenge life throws at you from here on in. That’s what life’s about.
I fucking love you all! Take time for meditation, fun and growth during this time. The way you respond to this experience will be remembered by you for the rest of your life.
In light and love!

#AppreciationPostChallenge #Day48 - Speculating on wtf is actually going on right now while focusing on keeping my vibe high and teaching others to do the same.

I decided to do a fun challenge starting February 1st, 2020 where once a day I write an appreciation post on Facebook about someone or something in my life and do it as long as I can.
You can follow the journey on Facebook, or feel free to start a challenge for yourself and tag me in it; i'll read and comment on it!
Have an awesome day!
With love,
Bron.
